Water, is truly everywhere; as a result, most people take it for granted.
Yet a person could live without food for about a month, but only about a week without water.

its the most neglected take-in by many.....people these days substitute it with sugary juices and low cal drinks. But its the basic H2O that should be guzzled over and above all these.

A sip of water is all you need to energize you when you are down and tired...in spite of being free and available, we rely on beverages like coke and coffee to boost our energy. Maybe water would get the same attention if we started to pay for it!

The best way to improve your water intake is to keep a glass of water next to you all the time. This way you will always remember to drink the water and gradually this becomes a habit with you.

Whenever I’m in my room at my computer I always have a glass of water with me and the only time I actually have cokes and Dr.Peppers are when we go out to eat every Sunday evening. I mean for how much you are supposed to drink a day, it’s almost impossible to actually drink that every day and not be constantly drinking and not be sick.

Water is indeed kinda neglected these days. It has so many good reasons to be taken more in quantity, be it clearing your skin, to reducing your body fat, to stabilizing your stomach and digestion. The purity and vital essence of water can in no way be compared to the harmful effects of soft drinks and these artificial sugared juices which claim to be pure fruit ones. As the creator has mentioned, it is most certainly all around us and we should take advantage of it as much as we can. Infact I too keep a bottle of chilled water beside by desktop PC, it actually acts as a thirst stopper and a snack hunger retarding element.

Though i myself drink lots of water, but a recent study showed that drinking too much of water just make u fumble around to the loo many times and u can prefer to drink the amount of water which can maintain your body balance, As extra won’t work.
So, what to follow and what not to. But surely warm water,if taken in the morning does wonders.

Well one of the main points is to flush out your system and you have to intake more water to do that. Do using the restroom a couple times a day is a good thing...

water water everywhere but not a drop to drink! experiencing a drop of crystal clear and sweet drinking water is becoming an illusion these days.thanks to pollution. Even the mineral water that is sold by some companies is of dubious quality
